A global design competition that inspires technological innovation-2022-04-24

The submission deadline for the competition is July 1, 2022. Grand Prize winners will receive global recognition and a cash prize of $25,000 for innovative products that contribute to social and economic development. Past competitions have generated more than 15,000 design ideas from engineers, entrepreneurs and students from more than 100 countries.

The competition draws attention for product designs that help people, improve the quality of healthcare, or provide sustainable solutions. Past winners include self-destructing plastic, a standalone device for transporting organs and limbs, and an economical, rapid screening device to stop food-borne diseases.
